As you can see, the man takes on an entirely different stature when placed alongside a river. There wasn't much room for people to gather 'round, but still it was a peaceful setting for those who journeyed out to visit him. I think he's still out there... since they didn't burn him I can only assume they left him in place to watch over the area and wait for us all to return next year.
