When I heard that Amanda Palmer would be a guest at Jason Webley’s 11th Anniversary concert, I contacted her and offered our food services, as they seemed to have been appreciated six months earlier. The offer was quickly accepted, but with the slight twist that there would be considerably more people to feed at this one.
Carol immediately went into menu-planning mode and crafted a tapas presentation that would not resemble standard band food. With superb prep assistance from our friend Julie, they crafted a spread that pretty much blew everyone away.
